For the past five years I’ve managed hundreds of rental properties in Sioux City, working directly with owners, tenants, and investors. That experience gave me a deep understanding of what makes a property valuable, not just on paper, but in how it’s built, maintained, and managed over time. I know what to look for in a home, from the systems behind the walls to the upkeep that protects long-term value, and I use that knowledge every day to guide my clients.

As a Realtor my focus is on helping people list and sell their properties with confidence, as well as advising investors who want to grow their portfolios in Sioux City. I don’t believe in sales gimmicks or fluff. I’m a straight shooter, and I’ll always give you an honest take on the numbers, the condition, and the opportunity in front of you.
